Tralee Golf Club … views over The Atlantic

Wild Atlantic Golf Tours Tralee Golf Club

We recently had the pleasure of playing Tralee Golf Club again. As always, we were greeted with a warm welcome by the team. Already ranked as one of the finest links courses in the world … the recent changes only reinforce this. Since the improvements, the eight hole is now on the shoreline and and the ninth hole is completely changed. By the time we hit the famous back 9 the winds picked up … offering a true links experience. The image looks back towards third green and over The Atlantic Ocean.

Situated on the rugged Atlantic coast of Ireland’s south west. The links features towering dunes, undulating fairways, punishing rough and cliff top tees and greens. Designed and built by Arnold Palmer, this stunning setting represents a true paradise for those willing to challenge what is widely acclaimed as one of the finest links courses in the world.

The South West of Ireland is considered by many to have the best concentration of links courses on the planet.  As a result, there is nowhere better for a group to enjoy great golf, spectacular scenery, excellent food … and an opportunity to relax in some of Ireland’s famous pubs listening to traditional music.
